If you find there is a fault in your candle or gift box, it may be returned for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Just send an email to empresseventsandretreats@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product.
Returns and refunds will not be available from Empress Events and Retreats for change of mind on fragrance, colour or product.
Proof of purchase must be provided for any return or refund claims and will be provided after inspection of the returned goods within 5 days in line with your financial institutions processing timeframes.
Any product you return must be in the same condition, unless damaged, that you received it in and in the original packaging and a reciept
